Our Staff

Our people are dedicated and highly motivated. Every employee knows they’re valued because we take their training, job satisfaction and career progression seriously. Although we have the capabilities of a large company, we’re a tightly knit team that care deeply about what we do. This keeps our standards high.

Security Vetting

You can rely on us. We’re honest, reliable and all our people are legally entitled to work in the UK. Our processes make sure of this.

We’re the first UK cleaning company to adopt the state of the art Authentiscan system, which enables our managers to verify ID documents instantly via their smartphones. When we compare this information with data received from globaldatabases, we create an audit trail for every employee.

Training

We set the standard for training and development within our industry. Our people are trained rigorously from day one, encouraged to take NVQs, and offered additional vocational training too. We also have a multi-lingual E-learning program to improve knowledge and skills.

Investing in people is one of our key priorities. Our team are our ambassadors: they uphold our values and keep our standards high.

Quality

Although we set high standards, we’re constantly looking to improve. We do this by focusing on new technologies, training, supervision and customer feedback.

Our Portal management system, for example, makes it easier to check work, set benchmarks and present information to clients. We’ve also improved response times by installing real-time tracking devices into our vehicles.

Technology, however, can never replace old-fashioned talking. We meet clients regularly, listen to their feedback, review performance and always look for new ways to help. Our team will be there for you 24 hours a day.

Contract Management

Each and every client is extremely important to us. We’ll do everything possible to ensure you’re wholly satisfied with our service.

Your dedicated Account Manager will deal with any problems quickly and effectively. An experienced Operations Director will also be on hand to monitor services, make sure everything runs smoothly, and ensure every client feels valued. If there’s anything you need, just ask.

Health and Safety

We take our corporate responsibilities very seriously and provide a safe and healthy working environment for everyone. Our qualified in house experts have a wealth of experience and ensure we’re compliant with all COSHH regulations.

As long standing members of the Safe Contractor Scheme, we have a structured and integrated risk management system. Our team undertake NVQ, IOSH and COPC training so we promise you’ll be in safe hands.

Environment

Looking after the environment, and understanding our impact upon it, is one of our key priorities. We’re committed to tackling sustainability in the workplace and enjoy working with likeminded companies.

Our eco-friendly approach starts with our fleet of hybrid vehicles. It continues with our energy efficient Sidewinder vacuums and our introduction of environmentally sensitive chemicals that lower waste and emissions.

We’re also committed to recycling and were one of the first companies in the UK to employ micro-fibre cleaning techniques.

Customer Service

We take pride in being helpful, approachable and easy to work with. When problems arise we’ll solve them as quickly and painlessly as possible. Rather than focusing on new business, we prefer to concentrate on the clients we already have. That’s why we’ve built so many long-lasting relationships.
