HR & PAYROL ADMINISTRATOR

What are your responsibilities?
I manage the full Payroll function for City & Essex (London), I have additional responsibility for HR related issues, ensuring the management of disciplinary and vetting processes. I have recently taken on the co-ordination of UhUb, a staff training and reward package which will soon be launched to all employees across the company.

What do you like / dislike about your job?
I enjoy the varied duties that my position dictates...no two days are the same. I am very methodical, meticulous and enjoy the challenge of taking on new responsibilities everyday.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I previously used to compete at county level in various ball sports, hockey, tennis, cricket, squash etc...so i'm quite "sporty" but nowadays I just go to the gym regularly, swim, cycle and spend time with family and friends.
