At City & Essex, there is nothing more important than the wellbeing and safety of our employees.

We are extremely proud to announce our first Mental Health First Aider and would like to congratulate Fausto on the completion of this training.

The course teaches in depth skills for providing first aid to people who may be experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and psychosis.

This training will assist our management team in identifying the signs of mentalhealth issues on site and promote a supportive work culture by enhancing individual health and happiness.

We believe in zero stigma around mental health, we want mental health to be openly discussed and supported across our teams.

We look forward to extending this training to our site managers to equip them with the skills to support their own and other’s wellbeing.
