Today marks our 7th year as a Recognised Service Provider for the Living Wage Foundation, a commitment that supports our employees to receive a fair wage.

“The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by over 7,000 UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a wage which meets everyday needs - like the weekly shop, or a surprise trip to the dentist”.

We are very proud of this long-standing achievement as we believe that all our employees should be treated fairly, with pay being a significant part of that.

This is undoubtedly a worthwhile investment in our people, they are our most valuable asset, and we believe that having a happy team will ultimately lead to our customers receiving a great experience.
