THE TRAINING REVOLUTION HAS BEGUN!
City & Essex are excited to announce our innovative employee training and engagement platform UhUb.
This month, we see the launch of our new company-wide training system - UhUb. This user-friendly online service is designed to improve on our training modules, communication, engagement and recognition for our employees.
This mandatory training platform consists of industry standard best practice videos, followed by multiple choice tests that earn points to be exchanged for rewards. Each module must be completed before the next is unlocked which ensures the correct training path is followed.
UhUb will provide a training benchmark for all staff, ensuring each employee is informed and confident before entering our clients sites.
