This month we take great pleasure in congratulating Felma Arnold on her 30 years with City & Essex. What an incredible milestone!

Felma is one of our longest-serving operatives and has never ceased to amaze us with her positive and caring attitude.

Last week, our Managing Director, Ian Hookway, surprised Felma to show his appreciation for her service length and commitment to City & Essex. He commented:

“I’ve known Felma since she started back in 1992, a year before my son James was born! Felma is the embodiment of the City & Essex values and has contributed so much to this team and the company. Our journey wouldn’t have been the same without her.”
