This September, we’re heading back into the mud…but this year, we’re not alone.
A brave new group of volunteers, alongside some veterans from across City & Essex, will be joined this year by our fantastic partners – Wessex Cleaning Equipment and Janitorial Supplies Ltd, and Pink Hygiene Ltd, as we prepare to take on the Tough Mudder South London 5K.
We’re once again raising funds for The Childhood Trust, a London-based charity dedicated to helping children and young people facing poverty and hardship. Every donation, big or small, helps provide food, warmth, support, and hope to children who need it most. By working together, we hope to raise a significant amount for the incredible charity.

Taking part from City & Essex this year: Carolina Costa, Izabel Vasileva, Jay Hookway, Matthew Swift, Rob Neumann, Russell Blunt, Steve Rex, and Sandra Ribeiro.
