Our 2025 ESG Report Is Now Live!

Our second ESG Report marks another important step in how we measure, understand and improve our impact.

For us, ESG is not something that sits separately from the way we operate. It is reflected in the everyday decisions we make around our people, our environmental impact and the partnerships we build with customers and suppliers.

Over the past year, we have continued to make measurable progress. Our carbon intensity reduced by 14.3%, 72% of our product spend moved to lower-impact ranges, and we achieved zero waste to landfill across the 1,368 tonnes monitored through Think Green. We also reached an important milestone with our near-term emissions targets being validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

But the report is just as much about what comes next.

Scope 3 emissions account for 99.7% of our footprint, which makes our supply chain a key area of focus. Improving supplier data, making lower-carbon procurement decisions and turning intensity reductions into absolute emissions reductions will all form part of the next stage of our journey.

None of this happens in isolation. Progress comes through collaboration, and we are grateful to the colleagues, customers and suppliers who continue to play their part.

As we look ahead, our focus is on building on that progress, making better decisions across our business and supply chain, and continuing to turn ambition into meaningful action.
