Thanks to our partnership with the Mental Health Charter, we are excited to announce some new well-being tools available to all our teams.
The Employee Assistance Programme
We have a 24-hour helpline that provides caring and confidential support to our colleagues and their immediate families, helping them through any of life’s challenges. This covers:
- Home-life: Troubles balancing budgets or debt, and even assistance with civil disputes.
- Work-Life: Professional issues, whether it’s returning to work or coping with a change in structure.
- Physical or Emotional: Information and resources to provide physical or mental support, from managing anxiety to simple breathing techniques.
The Well-Being App
Our colleagues can now download a free mental health and wellbeing app and explore a wide variety of features designed to help reduce stress, such as audiobooks, tip sheets, helplines, recipes, mindfulness activities, member-only discounts, and so much more!
We have been impressed by the amount of support, advice, and resources available on this app, especially the “Hub of Hope”, which brings local, national, peer, community, charity, private and NHS mental health support and services together.
