For the past four years, we have proudly supported the Mental Health Charter, helping us to transform our workplace into one that champions mental wellbeing, breaks down stigma, and actively supports our people.
Why We Joined
The Mental Health Charter, launched in 2020, is a movement that helps organisations create lasting change. It provides practical support through action plans, training, and resources designed to empower both businesses and their people.
By joining the Charter, we’ve shown our commitment to mental health, making it clear to colleagues, clients, and partners that wellbeing is a top priority. This partnership has helped us turn words into action, keeping wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.
Where next?
Our membership isn’t a one-off pledge; it’s an ongoing journey to strengthen our mental health practices across our business and beyond. Looking ahead, we’re committed to building on this progress, continuing to support our colleagues and making a positive impact across every site we serve by:
- Keeping awareness & training alive – Using the resources and training available to ensure mental health stays front of mind and conversations continue to evolve.
- Encouraging employee champions – Supporting our people to become mental health champions, helping to normalise seeking support and creating safe spaces to talk.
- Building it into our DNA – Making sure mental health is at the heart of how we work, from policies and onboarding to colleague development.
- Learning and growing together – Staying connected with colleagues, clients, and suppliers to share ideas, celebrate successes, and learn from one another’s experiences.
