Independently Verified: Our EcoVadis Silver Result

We’re proud to share that we have been awarded EcoVadis Silver, with a score of 74/100, placing us in the top 15% of all companies EcoVadis rates worldwide.

EcoVadis independently assesses companies across four themes: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. It’s one of the most widely recognised sustainability ratings in the world, used by businesses to benchmark and verify their ESG performance, and by clients to choose suppliers they can trust.

Leading Our Industry
Within commercial cleaning and facilities management, we rank in the top 9% of businesses assessed, a strong signal of ESG leadership in our sector.

The results were consistently strong across every theme, not just one area carrying the rest:

• Environment: 81/100 – top 7% of our industry
• Ethics: 74/100 – top 8% of our industry
• Sustainable Procurement: 71/100 – top 6% of our industry
• Labour & Human Rights: 70/100

EcoVadis also rated our overall sustainability management as “Advanced,” recognising a structured, proactive approach with detailed implementation across all four themes, and confirmed no compliance or controversy findings against the business, a clean record across EcoVadis’ public-source monitoring.

Our Standout Theme
We’re especially proud of our Environment score of 81/100. That’s the work of our teams, every day: eco-dosing, closed-loop recycling with our suppliers, and training every colleague to prevent waste at source and sort what’s left into the right stream.

This score is backed by our ISO 14001 certification, SBTi-validated carbon targets, and full Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions reporting, foundations we’ve spent years building.

A Year of Collaboration
A rating like this is never down to one team. It’s a year’s effort across the whole business: building our KPIs, redesigning our policies, understanding our emissions, and working hand in hand with the clients and suppliers who share our values.

As our Head of ESG, Cameron Watson, put it:
