Our appointment to deliver cleaning services across 20 properties in Fitzrovia, the West End, Mayfair and Paddington marks a significant milestone for City & Essex and an exciting new chapter in our growth.

Derwent London has an exceptional reputation for creating and managing some of the capital’s most distinctive workplaces, with a clear focus on quality, innovation and sustainability. It’s an approach that strongly aligns with our own, and we’re excited about what we can achieve together across the portfolio.

Securing a partnership of this scale is no small feat. It took an incredible collective effort, with teams across the business bringing their expertise, ideas and passion throughout the process. Together with our internally developed technology and ESG capabilities, this allowed us to demonstrate not only what we could deliver today, but how we could support Derwent London’s ambitions for intelligent, sustainable buildings into the future.
